   TC…I’m tellin’ ya boy. There might be a place for you here in Texas just down the road from me (whenever I decide to placate MajorMom and buy some acreage…I’m sure I’ll pick up enough to share.)

   When I was out there looking for clip on YouTube or another site, I ran across a bunch of people that were “outraged” by Jeff Foxworthy’s commentary. Wow, if I had a nickel for every time the folks he “dissed” in his “rant” had gotten my blood up…I’d have a pile of nickels.

   What makes it okay to embrace concepts like family, love and patriotism at an event like the Country Music Television Awards? I’ve listened to that clip a number of times now…and haven’t yet found anything that I can argue about with Mr. Foxworthy.

   Jeff, you can share a foxhole with my anytime!

   A friend IM’d me earlier today and said, “wow, Red, you’ve gone redneck?”

   I shot back: “when we were fifteen we were ready to kick the crap out of anyone who dared step foot on our block and all stood in terror that our moms would find us out… so what’s this “gone redneck” shit?
