The Metropolitan Transportation Authority agreed to allow riders to use MTA rest rooms “consistent with their gender expression,” the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced yesterday.
The group filed a complaint against the MTA on behalf of a 70-year-old telephone repair technician who was arrested for using the women’s room at Grand Central Terminal.
This is friggin’ ludicrous. The guy in the picture says he’s “a twenty four hour woman” in his head, but his still walking around with his bat and balls. What stops some whacked perv from strapping on a stuffed bra beneath a sweatshit and going in to get his jollies off? He waves his junk at some woman, she screams, and IF a cop happens to be around, all thye perv has to do is say the woman is “trans-gender phobic.”
Hell, he wouldn’t even need the bra; he could say he considers himself a butch lesbian trapped in a man’s body. I mean, it would be that easy. Unless the woman had witnesses, or he actually physically assaulted the woman, he’d be home free.
