Let’s see…location of “bombing”: 3rd. Avenue in the low Fifties…cheap, amatuerish devices used… Wednesday night around 3:30 in the morning….

Obvious staging ground for perps/first place to search: 2nd Avenue; roust all the Irish pubs flying IRA/Sinn Fein flags.
